Sadeno B.V., operating under the name Sadeno, offers website hosting and related services as a hosting provider. When you visit our website Sadeno.com or use our services, we process your data. Your privacy is of great importance to us. Therefore, we adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In processing personal data, we adhere to the GDPR. This means that we:

Your data is safe with us, and we will use it correctly. In this privacy statement, we explain what we do with the information we learn about you. Registration:

You can update your account information whenever you want in your management environment.

Placing and processing orders:

Through our website, you can place an order. When you place an order with us, you provide certain information. We need this information to process the order.

We do this to execute the agreement we entered into with you. We retain this data for up to 2 years after you place the order. We retain this information for as long as necessary for this contact or for up to a maximum of 3 months after we last had contact with you because we want to ensure that we have handled your request or complaint properly.

When can we share your data with third parties?

We only share your data with third parties when permitted by current legislation. We may provide your data to third parties because:

It is necessary to execute the agreement with you;
You give your consent;
We have a legitimate interest in this;
We are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demand it in case of suspicion of a crime).

To provide our services, we may provide your data to parties located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of these parties are committed to complying with the Privacy Shield principles and are members of the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce. Until recently, joining the Privacy Shield program meant that there was an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data. However, with the ruling of the EU Court of Justice on July 16, 2020 (Schrems II case), this Privacy Shield has been invalidated.

We are currently investigating how best to address this. We take privacy very seriously and try to do everything we can to find a suitable solution. When we have a suitable solution, we will inform you about it through this privacy statement. Are your data secured

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures about the processing of personal data to be carried out, against loss or any form of unlawful processing (such as unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or provision of personal data).

When our services change, we also need to adjust our privacy statement. Therefore, consult this privacy statement regularly for the most up-to-date information.

We handle every question and complaint internally and communicate it further with you.
